Full Policy Agreement

By submitting your retainer and completing your booking with AP / Aaliyah Princess Hair Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions below. Your retainer serves as your electronic acceptance of this agreement.

1) Identity + Card Verification

Your booking name must match your government-issued photo ID at check-in. The cardholder name must match the client name. If the names do not match or identity cannot be verified, services will be refused, and all applicable charges remain subject to this agreement.

2) Retainer

A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your appointment. If you cancel without rescheduling, the retainer is forfeited.

3) No Refunds

All services and payments are final. No refunds. No exchanges.

4) Cancellations

Appointments canceled or changed within 48 hours are subject to 100% of the service total, less any retainer already paid.

No-shows and same-day cancellations are subject to 100% of the service total.

5) Disputes / Chargebacks

If you have a concern, you agree to contact AP first to allow an opportunity to resolve the matter. By booking, you acknowledge that you accepted these terms at checkout. Any chargeback filed contrary to this agreement may be disputed using booking records, electronic acceptance of these terms, payment records, and identity verification documentation. This purchase is for reserved professional time and services and is not a refundable product.

6) Appointment Rescheduling

Appointments require reserved salon time and custom preparation. Each time an appointment is rescheduled, a new 20% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve the new appointment date. Each retainer is applied toward the balance of the newly scheduled appointment. Retainers do not transfer between appointment dates and are not refundable. No new appointment date will be reserved until the required retainer has been received.
