By booking with AP / Aaliyah Princess Hair Studio, you confirm you are authorizing this purchase and agree to the terms below.

1) Identity + Card Verification

Your booking name must match your government-issued photo ID at check-in. The cardholder name must match the client name. If names don’t match or ID can’t be verified, you will not be serviced and charges remain subject to these terms. This confirms the booking was made by the person receiving the service.

2) Retainer / Deposit

A retainer is required to secure your time and is non-refundable. If you cancel without rescheduling, it is kept.

3) No Refunds / No Exchanges

All services and all payments are final. No refunds. No exchanges.

4) Cancellations / Changes

Changes or cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment = 100% of the service total (minus retainer already paid).

No-shows or same-day cancellations = 100% of the service total.

5) Disputes / Chargebacks

If you have an issue, you agree to contact AP first for resolution. By booking, you acknowledge you reviewed and accepted these terms at checkout. Chargebacks filed in place of following this process are considered unauthorized disputes and may be challenged with booking records, signed acceptance of terms, and ID verification etc.

This purchase is for reserved time and professional services, not a refundable product.
